Bittersweet Irony

The below napkin accompanied the breakfast this morning for the homeless that stayed last night at our church. I found it bittersweet because most of our clients lost their homes through foreclosure and sweet because they would be the last to call attention to the inscription; they are all so appreciative of the momentary help we extend to them. One of the ladies’ son was shot and killed last week which has to make this Mother’s Day especially difficult for her. Moms, just grab your kids, grandkids or their pictures if they are not available and give them a kiss and thank God for blessing you with them. Happy Mother’s Day – Ron
