July 23, 2012

My pastor Father Rich fulfilled a lifelong desire and visited China. Father Rich is a passionate photographer and excellent public speaker. He is going to share his China moments with any who care to attend his presentation on Tuesday July 24, 2012 at 7:00 PM and Saturday (see below) I plan on attending the Tuesday evening presentation and anybody interested in riding with me to our church is welcome. I think it will be an excellent presentation and hope many of you can make it – Ron. My e-mail is bikesafe@att.net and phone is 1 314 913 1210.

Looks are only skin deep but China’s latest offering looks impressive:

There is a “free lunch” after all

October 3, 2010

Thanks to Sharon K for the below:

A mountain top restaurant in China offers a free lunch if you can make the trek:

1. Take tram to the start of the trail

2. Now follow the path on the wooden planks

3. Be sure to hold on to the ‘railing’; the chain attached to the side

4. Be very careful when passing someone going in the opposite direction.

5. Keep an eye on the person in front of you.

6. Now just up a few steps. (they are on the left in the picture)

7. Gets a little steeper here so put your toes in the holes.

8. Finally in sight.

‘THE RESTAURANT’ !!!

This restaurant is in China. If you manage to reach the restaurant the food is free. I think I will pass; thank you very much.
