I have thought about the problem depicted in this video for some time but because it has a low probability of happening I did not give it a great deal of thought. However, the solution is so simple I believe I will begin to implement it; why not?

October 31, 2016Below pics are from the recent airliner fire at Chicago. The plane was on its takeoff roll, gaining speed and would have been airborne in another 30 knots. Yikes! Close call with no fatalities.
