On a previous post several months back I wrote about a documentary I watched on the mass killing of Dolphins in Japan. Part of the documentary exposed the Japanese practice of deliberately mis-labeling their fish and selling the dolphin meat as other fish with a much lower mercury content. The mislabeled fish was sold to schools. Now from the information from the below article it looks we are being “fed” mislabeled fish. Not a good thing if you trying to eat certain fish for their specific attributes.
