Below from my lovely daughter – is she trying to tell me something?

Last year the son gave his aging mom a cemetary plot.  Another year rolls around and he gives her nothing

She asks her son why he didn’t give her anything for her current birthday and he replies:

Mom, you didn’t use what I gave you last year.
