Happy Mother’s Day

May 13, 2012

A tribute to my Mom: She married my Dad when she was 16 and stayed married to him until he died at the age of 72. Besides family and friends her love in life was flowers. At various times she was in three different garden clubs and served as president of each. To say she was wonderful is an understatement. On this Mother’s day I am displaying a picture of our yard which she manicured almost everyday. Often she tried to get my help on pulling weeds and trimming and I did some but sure did not like it. I will confess I thought the flowers were beautiful but had little interest in being their caretaker. So Mom here is your garden in all of its glory and know we all still love you and miss you dearly – Ron
